Delhi NTSE Scholarship 2019
The NTSE Scholarship will be provided to the shortlisted candidates who declared qualified in Stage 1, Stage 2 and Interview test to study from Class 11th to Doctorate Degree.
- For Class 9 to 12 Students:- 1250/- per month
- For Undergraduate and Post Graduate Students:- 2000/- per month
- For Ph.D. Students:- as per UGC
Delhi NTSE 2019- Selection Process
The selection of suitable students of Class 10th for the Delhi NTSE 2019 Scholarship to study from Class 11th to Ph.D will be done in the following 3 stages-
Stage 1 – Delhi NTSE Stage 1 Exam (conducted by Directorate of Education, Delhi)
Stage 2 – Delhi NTSE Stage 2 Exam (conducted by NCERT)
Stage 3 – Interview
The Delhi NTSE Stage 1 Exam 2019 is of State level exam and you are required to secure at least qualifying marks in it so that you could appear in the Delhi NTSE Stage 2 Exam 2019.
Those who qualified the Delhi NTSE 2019 Second Stage Exam will have to appear for the Personal Interview (PI) for the final selection for NTSE Scholarship.
NTSE Delhi Stage 1 Qualifying Marks
The Delhi NTSE 2019 Stage 1 Exam consists of 2 subjects i.e. Mental Ability Test (MAT) and Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) of 100 marks each with no negative marking.
You are supposed to obtain NTSE Delhi Stage 1 Qualifying Marks as per category wise otherwise you will be disqualified for the Stage 2 NTSE Exam 2019.
For SC/ ST/ PH category candidates are required to obtain at least 32% marks in each test to qualify the Delhi NTSE Stage 1 Exam 2019 while all others are required to obtain 40% marks.
